This will allow you assess the water cooler in your own time. Should you decide to keep the cooler then we will help you decide on the best servicing levels for your needs and the agreement terms.

In the unlikely event you don't want to keep the water cooler we will simply come along and remove the unit - with absolutely no charge for you.

Installation Process

The installation of our water coolers is very straightforward and is carried out by one of our fully trained installation technicians. With the WaterWizard, we simply come along and attach the system into your existing water supply. The water is carried to the water cooler through a small diameter, flexible food grade tube. It is of similar size to a telephone or power cable and like telephone systems the cooler can be located away from the initial connection point.

This means you can have great tasting water, on tap, just about anywhere in your office and not just beside the water source. An installation typically takes around 30 minutes and we can arrange to do this at a time that suits you.

Should you decide to remove the unit at any time, we will simply come along and reverse the installation process - leaving you the way you were. 

Also, if you want to relocate the water cooler at any time, we will come along and re-install your unit free of charge.

All our water coolers are installed with several safety devices to give you piece of mind. In the Melbourne area we often have high water pressure which can damage the plastic tubings and connections therefore we use an in-line pressure reducer in every installation.
